This 2 cup double boiler insert from RSVP Endurance has a 5 and ¼ inch handle with an opposite side looped handle to secure the insert into a water bath pan allowing you to cook with gentle steam. It is designed to fit small sauce pots and pans will help you make sauces, melt chocolates, and any other task that requires water bath simmering.
Made from dishwasher safe 18/8 stainless steel, this double boiler insert will convert your existing sauce pan into a full double boiler in seconds. It has dual pour spouts so you can easily remove excess liquid or move food from the insert to a plate. It is also the perfect size for steaming small portions.
