The Parallel Chef Knife from Opinel is made in France. It is a great kitchen alrounder, perfect for slicing, dicing, chopping and cutting. The 3 mm-thick blade remains rigid and stable when cutting. A continuous cutting edge that frees up the heel of the blade to make it easier to sharpen. Curved cutting edge allows chopping with a seesaw movement.
