This combined whetstone has 2 different sides, a coarse side for pre sharpening and a fine side for final honing.

 

 

Super fine grain (J3000/ 8000)

 

 

For edge maintenance (J3000 grit) and removing the fine burr and honing the edge. (J8000 grit)
