Bake Baguettes like a pro with the easy to use Emile Henry Flame Baguette Mold. Made in France this baguette baker will do all the baking for you, just place the dough in the molds, cover with the lid and put the mold in the oven. Thanks to the interior ribs, the dough will not stick, and the lid creates the right level of humidity for baking delicious baguettes. The holes in the lid allow the carbon dioxide to escape during cooking, creating a thin, crispy crust so special to french baguettes.
The mold can be cleaned in the dishwasher. A recipe book is included. All Emile Henry products are made in France and offer a ten years guarantee. The dimensions of the Emile Henry Flame Baguette Mold are 15.4" x 9.4".
