When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items, and the shipping option(s) you choose.
- Please also note that the shipping rates are based on weight and volume - i.e, size of box.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to gather, pack, and generate the shipping label for your order. You will receive your tracking information by email as soon as we have labelled your package.

Nunavaut, NWT and Yukon will have a $25 flat rate fee. $15 flat rate in the rest of Canada.
Please note that unless a Canada Post priority shipping option is specified at checkout, the courier used could be FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar or Canada Post.
Orders Under $25
Orders under $25 will be subject to the full shipping charge which will be calculated at checkout.
We always try to find the most economical option for shipping your parcel to you and may use any of the following: Canada Post, UPS, Canpar or Purolator.
If your items fit in a relatively flat envelope and can ship with Canada Post with regular stamps (i.e., without a tracking number), we will choose this option with your approval and refund excess shipping costs to you.
*Free Shipping Policy Restrictions and "Oversized Shipping":
* Free shipping does not apply to large and/or heavy items (over 6 kg), electrical appliances and Cast Iron cookware.
Unfortunately, due to the weight and size of electrical appliances, bulky large items and Cast Iron cookware, the free shipping policy will not apply to these categories and Parcels weighing more than 6 kg. Bear Country Kitchen will offer a flat rate shipping of electrical appliances and Cast Iron Cookware and parcels greater than 6 kg as follows.
Shipping in Canada can be costly, especially to rural and destinations outside of larger cities. In the event that excessive freight rates are quoted by Canada Post or Courier (UPS, Purolator or Canpar), and for any other reason not stated in this policy, Bear Country Kitchen reserves the right to exempt that shipment from this policy. In all instances you will be contacted to notify you of the high freight charges and be offered the opportunity to offset these charges with a flat rate fee. You will have the option to approve and pay the flat rate fee to offset the shipping fees or cancel your order if you wish.
We do process international orders, however, please be aware that delivery times overseas are longer than usual during the current state of Covid-19.
We process all orders during regular business hours (Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time). We will ship your order in a timely manner however delays may occur beyond the control of Bear Country Kitchen. It is our goal to ship “in stock” items within 1 business day.
P.O. Box Shipments:
A signature will be required upon delivery of your order.
Delivery Address Accuracy:
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code and phone number to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. Bear Country Kitchen will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.
Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments
Sometimes parcels get mishandled. Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and the packaging material exactly as they were delivered until you're advised otherwise.
Make sure to inspect all freight-bound shipments prior to accepting the contents for any damage. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as "DAMAGED". All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to: email@example.com
Due to high costs of delivery - replacements will not automatically be sent. Credits will be given based on the policy above.
Bear Country Kitchen is not liable for items that are delivered successfully to your address and go missing after delivery. The customer must make sure their delivery area is secure. Porch piracy is not the responsibility of Bear Country Kitchen.
The minimum order amount to use the Sezzle payment service is $100.
