This two-in-one thermometer can quickly measure surface temperatures of everything from grill grates to pizza stones, then switch to probe mode to check the internal temperature of your meat. With this infrared thermometer with a probe, you'll be able to cook your food perfectly every time.
Unlike many two-in-one thermometers, the Infrared Surface and Probe Thermometer is a handheld infrared thermometer with a built-in port that allows the included probe thermometer to be plugged into the unit and used like a grill probe thermometer. The probe can even be left in meats to monitor temperature over time thanks to the 40” long cord. The infrared mode has a distance to target ratio of 5:1, making it simple and safe to check the surface temperature of extremely hot objects.
